held at the
Underwriters Room, Exchange Building Liverpool
on the 29th day of July 1925.
It was resolved unanimously that the thanks of the committee be presented to
PC 28(Wallasey) John Lathorn with the Society’s Bronze Medal for bravery stopping a runaway horse attached to a lorry in Victoria Road, New Brighton on the 21st July 1925.
